This is a response to your inquiry of 12 February.

We are sorry to inform you that the Amsterdam All in One Travel Ticket is no longer available. As an alternative you can buy a 24/48/72/96 hours ticket and a separate train ticket (€ 3,70). This 24/48/72/96 hours ticket is available at the Holland Tourist Information desk at Schiphol Airport (opposite Arrival Hall 2, open daily from 07.00 - 22.00 hrs.). The train ticket is available at the train station on the airport.

Prices in 2011
24 hours (1 day) € 7,-
48 hours (2 days) €11,50
72 hours (3 days) €15,50
96 hours (4 days) €19,50
120 hours (5 days) €24,-
144 hours (6 days) €27,50
168 hours (7 days) €30,-

We trust we have provided you with sufficient information. If you still have questions, please visit our website http://www.gvb.nl/english/Pages/default.aspx

Hey Scruff, Welcome to ACD :D

On the date I received the email it was 3.70.. I do remember it being less than 4 euro single, you can buy yourself a return to save the hassle/paranoia/rush or worry that your credit card wont work in the machine when getting back to the airport.

If you want to get a tram/bus pass these can still be bought from the Holland tourist info office, behind the big train ticket counters, you can get your return tram passes here too at the same time if you wish. Both of these tickets/passes are available in other numerous locations previously mentioned in this thread. I just find it convenient to always get mine here if there isnt a queue and the tram/bus pass is great back up if you find your legs are giving up on you

I think I spent 23 euro ish for a 3 day tram/bus pass and return train tickets at 420.

Just also bear in mind that the tram/bus ticket pass things are activated on your first use. I you buy a 24hr one.... your 24 hours starts from the time you first use the pass not from the time you buy it.

Hope this helps a bit?

Dont forget to add the 50 cents if you buy your ticket from the counter, making it €4.20
