I don’t know the Golden Virginia price, however I do know that the pack size has just come down to 40g
Drum was 5.5 euros for 50g in 2007, the price has stayed the same since then but at each tax rise the pack size has come down by 2.5g to get to the 40g it is now
If you hunt out a smaller shop they may still have some stock of the 42.5g packs
