Connecticut considers decriminalization of up to 0.5 oz

My state's Judiciary Committee under the new democrat Governor has adopted a bill to decriminalize posession of up to 0.5 oz. This is a step in the right direction...make that "Left" direction & is long overdue. Clogging the courts with low level crimes like posession of small amounts of pot is a waste of taxpayer money. Let's hope it passes a full vote....
