Saw this on the TV "ed the head", hopefully this will mean some of the savings that i can be had if you fly from "Edinburgh", will now be in "Easy"!! reach from "Glasgow"...... I've seen the return flights to "The Dam" when they used to fly this route at £40    Bless them!!! 6am flight and you get the full first day to really make it memorable.....9pm flight back on the day of departure and you've all day to try and prepare yourself for the trauma of being parted from yer loved one
Not the same leg room as KLM, but the flight's only about an hour........how some of you brethren from across the pond, or other far away places, cope with the cost in particular and discomfort, ...it would seriously put the mockers on the prospects of my trips to heaven  :(

Greatest journey endured, for any reasons you'd care to share!!, to get you to Amsterdam just for your smokin' enjoyment and then home again after your stay, anyone???!!!!

I've seen flights that left Glasgow at 8am and after stops, you arrive in Amsterdam in the early evening
Usual direct time 1 hour 10 mins!!!!!

I apologise in advance for the influx of weegies Amsterdam is about to experience...
The one saving grace is they still have to save up a few Giro's before it can become a reality....can ya get Buckfast in Amsterdam?

Not seen "Buckfast" over by yet........

I did however try and instigate the "Buckfast" speed challenge, to try and win some respect back for "Scotland" from the "Canadian" ACDers, after they beat us at the "curling" again, .....much to the delight of "Adamster"     8) 8) 8)

It's so much easier flying from Glasgow for us, that the money we could save just wasn't worth it.....although i do miss that pre-Amsterdam pint in the airport bar that became very quickly a tradition for us and usually meant me nearly pissing myself waiting for the sign to say the toilet was available to use on the plane.

Hoping the cheap flights continue for the 'salt and sauce' crewe.....

   That's good stuff that vinegar "Twichaldinho", has many uses. Even when they're trying to make it and it goes wrong, you can end up with wine or cider. I kid you not.!!

"Buckfast" on yer chips? (French Fries) I'm sure there's some desperado out there who wouldn't have it any other way!!
I'm sure i've seen "Buckfast" ice cream on one of those reality, 'come to my house and i'll poison you', programmes.

I've been to the beautiful "Buckfast" Abbey with my soon to be ex-work, (I may not be a monk, but i've got a few bad habits!!) supporting people with speacial needs to have a holiday, paid for by the monks. Very nice people i have to say, gave us a roof over our heads and fed and watered us....gave us the use of a car and a mini-van as well if i remember correctly.
But a cynical bastard like myself always had it at the back of my mind that it was a pay off for all the money they were making from their 'Tonic' wine.
I'm not entirely sure about the figures, but i'm sure i read somewhere that "Motherwell", a town in "Scotland" of 30,000 people, consume more "Buckfast" 'tonic' wine in one weekend, than the whole of "England", population 50,000,000. does in a week.   :( :(
Any of you ACDers out there unfamilair with the 'Buckie' culture, can see us at our finest on "Youtube". (This might also prove invaluable to any "Canadians" in training for the "Buckie" Olympics bein' held in "Airdrie" 2012.   8) ) "Adamster" it's put up, or shut up. Get that "Buckfast" down you!! It's all in the rhythm. Mind you don't fall in a canal or out with someone. Or both
Well, chips with everything, "Twichaldinho", all the best!! 8) 8) 8) 8)
