Best 3 African and 3 West Indian Restaurant/takeaway in Amsterdam?

The only African food I have found was mostly North African and Ethiopian. Tjing Tjing and Bazar Amsterdam are the only African food I have had in A'dam. I ate at Purna Indian on my last trip. Very small place but some excellent food. Not sure if it's W. Indian but worth a try. There are not a lot of foodies on this site. You might want to look at the restaurant guide on Trip Advisor.
