Anyway back to my trip, so after struggling to throw together a trip log for my March trip I decided that this report would be a bullet by bullet summary of my days up until and around 4/20 and then I will compile my final smoke list at the bottom as well as pictures. My initial dates were the 18-23rd but I ended up staying till the 1st

Day 1: April 18th
-Met my friend Alek at Bruxelles Central after arriving from Lille, he was spending a couple days with me in the Dam.
-My big bottle of Karmeliet Belgian Beer exploded on the train so commenced chugging before arriving at Centraal.
-Kicked things off at Voyagers for first shop of the trip, Alek grabbed one gram of Lemon Haze and I grabbed a gram of King Kong and Casey Jones, wanted to postpone the first smoke till we got to the apartment so we bounced from Voyager
-Got to my friend Tristan's apartment which is about 3 feet from Popeyes, luckily we caught her right before she was leaving to go play tennis, gave her a big hug and thanks for the place to stay, she gave me the keys and then we were off.
-Headed to Blues Bros. after burning a joint on the terrace of the apartment of the Lemon Haze, first smoke of the trip real real light high, almost creeper but fun kinda just made me feel funny, definitely good day time smoke.
-Got to the Blues and saw my friend Dan, he pulled down a fresh brand new bong for me to use because I gave him my glass tube to keep before I left in March. I began packin bowls of Casey and the King Kong and then Dan threw me a nice complimentary nugget of L.A Con. Gave my buddy a little tutorial on how real blazers smoke da bong
and we commenced to get thoroughly fucking blasted!-Left Blues Bros and told Dan i'd see him later, as usual made a stop to the Burger Bar, wanted Alek to sample the complete and utter dankness. I ordered my burger, he ordered the same, we scarfed and then headed to Green Place.
-Got to the Greenplace and grabbed a gram of L.A Cheese (one of my top 3 smokes of the trip) and a banana Looza then decided to take a seat outside on the terrace and fill one of my pre-rolled cones.
-After getting a proper buzz on at the Greenplace we made our way back to the apt and stopped at my favorite pizza spot Doria Hotel Pizza next to Dam Square. Grabbed my usual a slice of ham and then trekked back to Harleemstraat.
-Alek was tired and decided not to tag along with me for the 5PM Toke & Vote at Grey Area, so I grabbed my things and then started walking down Herengracht to Grey Area.
-Got to Grey Area and didn't recognize any ACD'ers so I checked out the menu and grabbed a gram of both special smokes for 14.50€ a gram "Shoreline" and "Kandy Kush" which were both excellent. I particularly like the Shoreline because it was real sticky and had a nice unique diesely taste, plus tones of purple color
-Huge arrival of ACD'ers at Grey Area and the only one I know is Gapie, he spots me says hi and then the introductions begin, its all kind of hazy but I recall meeting Dirty Uncle Ron, Trad, Hestia, IslandGirl, Big Guy and maybe a few more? it was my first day which was over two weeks ago so my memory is fucked!
-Eventually after burnin it down inside and outside the Grey Area with the ACD crew we decide to make our way to Homegrown Fantasy for the next leg of the "Toke & Vote" I opt to tag along and then decide to boot scoot back to my apartment to see if Alek wants to join, end up laying down on my bed for 10 minutes and never waking up
Day 2: April 19th
-Woke up, showered, woke Alek up and then got headed to the 10AM Wake & Bake at Voyagers, was real excited for this one because I knew Cisco and Twitch plus some others would be arriving, let the fun begin!
-Grabbed a gram of the Kalligria which looked really unique and was perfectly cured and then grabbed a gram of the fresh batch of OG-18 that I heard miss HighlyBlessed talking about the previous day, both great smokes but the O.G is on another level. I smoke real OG at home and this is about as close as it gets people, Green Place and Voyagers are the only two shops that I sampled the OG and it was fucking good from both, nice Kushy taste, leaves your windpipes gasping for a fresh breath of non-kushy air
-Asked for a glass bong and recieved the curly one which I developed a fond liking for at my time at Voyagers. Nice Wake & Bake binger rips of Casey Jones to make me feel like Superman followed by more bong rips of Kalligria.
-Introduce myself to 08-420 who is sitting across from me rolling up at Voyagers and then I spot FlyByNite who I met in November of 09, say hi to him and then I am immediately given a name tag.
-The people begin flowing through the door and next thing I know all the people from the day before at Grey Area are here plus many more! Almost everybody has a joint in hand and it might as well have been a clam-baking of Voyagers if the doors had not been open.
-Next i'm greeted by FtCarer (your the man! peach haribos for life) with a little container which apparently contains the remnants of USBL's Canny Cup 2010 Spoon. Well fuck its early in the morning but that isn't stopping me, I puff puff puffed this shit in 2009 so mine as well now too! Bong rip of Shoreline slathered with a nice touch of spoon and we have a winning recipe
my favorite at least!-Next thing I know Cisco shows up and he's telling me how his "bruv" Twitch forgot his wallet on the plane and had to go back to Schipol, real bummer for Twitch but thats not bumming Cisco out, within seconds he joins the ACD stoned ZOMBIES. (I wanted to include that I fucking love the Scottish accent, Cisco you had me in stitches every time we kicked it bruv, i'm coming to Edinburgh in the future and you better believe you Twitch and I are gonna be doing some heavy smokin).
-After smoking... and smoking.... and more smoking.... a crew of us get ready for Dr. Diesel's Pijp Crawl and depart from Voyagers, a quick stop by Greenhouse to meet Dr.Diesel who ends up not showing his face and then we decide to go on our way regardless. I'm trying to recall who was with us: Colina, DaveJ, Gapie, Cisco? me & my friend and maybe some others?
-So we make our way to De Pijp and stop at Club Media for our first shop where some of the guys do a buy and fly. I already have plenty of supplies so I decide not to grab anything from Media.
-Next stop on the crawl is Katsu which is also a Toke & Vote. I have always loved Katsu, the interior decor is awesome and there always seems to be some friendly locals or people to talk to. Can't forget the Verdampers either.
-After finishing up at Katsu the crew heads towards De Graal, Alek and I decide to part ways and head back to the apartment in "scorching heat" according to my notes.
-Alek wanted to just lay low so I just twisted a nice little cone of some Kalligria and then made my way to 420 for the Toke & Talk on Tristan's bike while puffing the little jibb.
-Arrived at 4/20, no ACD'ers to be seen. Quickly ran to the bathroom to wash off my paws after they got all greased up from the bike chain falling off... fucking dirty greasy bike chain (no not Dirty Greasy Randy shoving cheeseburgers into his belly hehe).
-Ordered a strawberry Looza and a bong and then took a seat at the bar and started breaking down di herb. I notice Tuttie and Ohm Sweet Ohm not far from me and say hi.
-I then am introduced to TAK who is coincidentally sitting right by my side and then Ohm and I begin having a nice bong smoking session, I really like his cool power-torch for lighting, it might be just as cool as my giga-lighter
-After discharging the bong from use I lethargically pedaled my ass back to the apartment where I fell into yet another weed induced a-coma. Sweet Dreams? most likely... after all tomorrow is 4/20 and I am in Amsterdam!
Day 3: April 20th (Day of Wreckoning)
-Woke up and its 4/20 and i'm in Amsterdam... is this real? this isn't really a dream? First things first smoke a giant joint on the roof of the apartment, the first of many
-Walk downstairs from my apartment and less then 30 seconds later i'm sitting in the basement of Popeye's smoking with DaveJ and Steven I believe? Not long after Trad shows up as well as Colina we commence to do our early morning 4/20 celebrations. Before leaving Popeyes I grab a cheap gram of N.Y.C Diesel for 7.50€ which is alright but definitely doesn't have that Citrusy Grapefruit stank that I love so much
-We all begin making our way to Green Place for the 1PM smokeout, when we get there the whole ACD crew is in the back smoking room celebrating and boy oh boy is it a blast!
-I take a seat and next thing I know there is a Giga cone being passed my way that is apparently filled with "Ghostface OG" a different cut of OG that Greenplace hasn't put on the menu? some bullshit like that haha, either way the thing was puffin like a choo choo train and everybody is getting properly stoned. After the first cone comes to an end a second is brought back and we spark that baby up too.
-Eventually the whole crew packs up and departs from Greenplace, Gapie the wiley fuck decides to snag the Giga cone and bring it with us, I like the way you think Gapie
. We puff that baby all the way to our next stop: De Dampkring.-We arrive at the original Dampkring of Spuistraat? I have no intentions of making any purchases so I just hang out outside the shop in the beautiful weather. Decide to make a quick run to the ATM so I can buy some frites and I reconnect with the group.
-After Lemming and some others that are in Dampkring finish up their business inside we decide its time to head to Koningsplein for the webcam wave even though we are a bit early... stoners? early? on time? No such thing..... well maybe an exception for today
- After holding the banner and doing a proper wave to the cam I decide to split from the group and make my way back to the apartment to grab supplies before the 4:20 smokeout at 420 on 4/20. Grab all my buds and then hop back on Tristans bike and pedal my butt to De Kuil.
-I get to 420 and with fingers crossed that Jane is working enter the shop, it is a total fucking HOTBOX! On the other hand though Jane is there and she is very surprised to see me, I explain to her how it was destiny that I had to be here.
-Ordered a pear Looza and a bong and then went in back around the Round Table (its square haha) where it seemed the majority of the ACD'ers were hanging out. I see my long lost pals Twitch, Cisco, FtCarer and then meet Kermit and Nizzle who are great fellas too! The bong smoking commences, joints are passed and everyone celebrates 4:20 properly!
-After one heavy smoke sesh I decide to tag along with Nizzle, Twitch and Cisco to go to the Grey Area for some primo bud! I grab a gram of the Recon and one of my all time favorites the L.A Confidential both for 13.50€? I then happily take a hit from my 3rd giga cone of the day, this one prepared by the guys at Grey Area, cheers fellas!
-After our buy and fly at Grey Area we decided to make a stop at Betty Boop a shop i've never been to which impressed me! Twitch showed me some Chocolope from Betty Boop that was only 10€ and looked bangin! They also have a nice outdoor seating area where we all plopped down and began smoking in honor of Nizzle because of his departure.
-Eventually the smokeout came to a close at Betty Boop and I decided that I wanted to bike to Paradox to get space cakes, I start my ride and 5 minutes into my ride the chain on my bike snaps.... great I can walk it all the way back to Harleemstraat. Oh well it is 4/20 and i'm in Amsterdam... no complaints!
-Got back to my apartment and brought Alek with me for a walk down to Paradox, turns out it was closed which was even more of a bummer so we headed for the carnival at Dam Square, I was set on riding the swingy ride.
-Got to the Carnival and I bought one ticket, Alek doesn't want to go so its just me! Feelin real nice and high I hop on to the swing and go on such a kickass ride! If anyone didn't partake on the ferris wheel or the swings you really missed a great opportunity to see all of Amsterdam from up high.
-Ended my 4/20 day in Amsterdam grabbing some Sour Kush from Greenplace and a spacecake from Dampkring, went back to my apartment rolled up a big nice joint and then sat in a nice warm bath and toked away and ate the cake.

NYC Diesel - 4/20, searched and searched and finally found a batch worth buying, reeked of grapefruit citrusness and was one of my favorite wake and bake smokes of the trip! Grab it while it lasts peeps! If the batch isnt good at 4/20 check out Dampkring because I got a gram from there that was fucking great too!
Shoreline - Grey Area, dont even know why, this shit is just cool, different and tastes great! packs a nice punch too!

Lemon Haze - Siberie, only 11.20€ and by far the best Haze smoke of the trip! Give it a go guys it fuckin worth it!
S-5 Haze - Mellow Yellow, 10/10 best looking Haze ive ever seen, I could shake trichs of the buds!
Amnesia Haze - Voyagers, wish I dug into this earlier on the trip, only bought one gram but it was the best batch of Amnesia I have tried in a while...! Perfect wake & baker!

HIGHlights of my trip
- Going on a boat ride, it was my first time ever riding a boat in Amsterdam and it has been something I have always wanted to do, it was better then I could have imagined too
- Taking a day trip to Harleem, its nice to get a fresh of breath air and get out of the city, Harleem is also very quiet!
- Went to the beach at Zandvoort which was a first as well, it was super windy but still a blast.
- Celebrated my first Queensday ever and am now looking forward to celebrating many more in the future
- Met up with so many fellow tokers, people who appreciate the same things etc and was just great, the more friends I make the merrier! ACD is a wonderful community!
- Riding the crazy swing ride in Dam-Square, I got another view of the city I have never experienced before! Wild!
-Learned how to roll a beautiful cone joint and I must give great thanks to DC for being my tutor, his step by step teaching method was the first one that worked! Now I will do my lungs a favor and stop smoking blunts at home
- Made a friend who is an actual born and raised local of Amsterdam and is coincidentally my age, its nice having someone your age to hang around with in the Dam and even cooler when their local
- Attended an illegal rave in Westerpark haha!
-Went out for the first time in Amsterdam which I wanted to do for the past 4 trips but everytime I get way to fucking high and crash. It was just "Cheeky Monday" at the Winston but it was a nice change of pace to the constant blazing.
