Few pics I took on Queens day. We didn't do much and just stayed local. Last year was the first and last time I go into centrum on QD!

Vondelpark was really great..

The Suzuki Students loved it when you ask them to play a piece(Music) they know... for money is even better..

The Queensday thing in Centrum I can live without, this, "The Kids" in the park was something "Spectacular"i would venture out to see again if I am in town, Although I,m Next year maybe camping!

Thanks for sharing your pictures. Looked to be a really nice day for all.
I'm with you about not going into the Centrum during QD, esp. during the height of the celebration. I suppose it's one of those things that one should do at least once in their lifetime, like attending the Munich Octoberfest, New Orleans Mardi Gras, Carnival in Rio, Hestia 4/20, and the HTCC.
The last time we (w/wife) attended QD, we stayed mostly in the outer Grachtengordel and the Jordaan. Lovely area the Jordaan.
