Ponderings on posting

Do you think that there is any appreciable difference in using the overseas postboxes on holland as opposed to physically going into a postoffice?
I know (and have read ) the mailing souvenirs from holland thread but I haven't seen Any ideas as to which is preferable.
Previously I have only ever used the post office but it's easier on some ways ( not least trying to look straight when utterly not) to post from a box

I take it those people who use a box just stick on a bunch of stamps and hope for the best?

For real, no one at the post desks that exist now here (they are in tabac's) gives a shit if you are posting weed. They won't know, and they do not care. Really, I would not worry about it, its probably not even illegal to post weed. As long as its not a kilo or something.
