Haze is a Cannabis Sativa. Sativas are considered to have a more cerebral, uplifting high. While Indicas tend to have a more narcotic, "couch-lock" effect.. I believe it's directly related to the ratios of CBD and CBN the THC.

THC content is also a factor, I think they're pushing 30% these days with flowers and concentrates can almost triple that. If advertised I'd suggest sticking to Content in the mid-teens to not over do it. But I'm getting off topic now..

Most people I know choose to smoke Sativa during the day and Indica at night...

Haze tends to be a Sativa dominant hybrid.

I doubt the thc is anywhere near 30% as well more like 20%

Yup what they said. A really strong well grown haze will be 20-23% tops and thats rare most will be in the 15% range..
