first time smoke and coffeeshop

any suggestions on where to start for my first smoke in the dam and what to try? something i can still function with. i am 47 and have smoked my fair share and i am a little overwhelmed on all the different varieties. this forum is full of great info. uncle d

my suggestion is to go to basjoe and start with either the orange bud or the jack herer

once you see how you get on with that then you may be tempted to try something stronger ... my favourite from basjoe is their amnesia haze - lovely condition, flavour and effect

ps did anyone warn you about the dangerous bicycles? ... please read this document to stay safe even when stoned/high/ripped/blazed/...

Here is my recommendation, no matter what strain...is take 3 hits, then go outside and walk around. Let it hit you slowly. good luck

If you've smoked your fair share then the weed in Amsterdam wont cause you any problems (unless you're a lightweight like Marco), if you're weary start with something like Orange Bud or Blueberry, both are reasonably mild strains.

For a first smoke I'd reccomend a good sativa such as Amnesia Haze or even Dr. Grinspoon/100% Sativa mainly cause you may be a little jet lagged and need a pick me up type of High to stay up and enjoy your first day.
Amsterdam weed is good but if our used to kind weed at home then you wont have anything to worry about, also if you normally smoke indicas you may find sativas weak...anyway have a great trip

oh, De Kuil 420 for a first stop, easy. great introduction to the whole thing. rule: cheaper strains will generally mess you up less, and are accordingly easier on the wallet.
