Now if I were a Mountaineer fan... I think protocol would've been for me to burn a couch after last night's victory.

Last night's game was ugly... but I'll take it. Bobby got his roots in WV. Rodriguez is one heck of a coach there. I think you guys win the Big East especially now that Michael Bush is out for the season.

For everyone who didn't know what I was talking about... my college football (american) team won a big game last night. The game was between the Florida State Seminoles (also called Noles) and the Miami Hurricanes. They're bitter rivals... and usually a big game.

ahhhh i see. I was think Alabama for the noles somehow....knew it wasn't right but that is what was stuck in my head.

That's it Mark ...in the USA College Football probably has the most diehard,passionate fans of ANY sport we play... they play only 12 games in a season, therefore each one involves an incredible amount of energy and pride ...Brews 'noles are generally in the thick of the National Championship Picture...their team mascot is a fully clad Seminole warrior riding around the stadium on a Leopard Appaloosa ...they beat MY beloved Mountaineers in the 04 Gator Bowl...BTW- the season just started last weekend .

oh yeah, its crazy how big college football is over in the USA!!!!! seen some TV shows about it and you have like huge stadiums for it!!! ( compared to any sort of college or university sport over here!)
