Mr. Speed - America's KISS tribute band

If you like classic KISS, these guys are GREAT!!!!

I caught them for the first time on 04June at a small club, then again on 18June at the local Duck Tape Festival.

They don't venture too far or often from Ohio, but they get out. Mr. Speed plays a lot of free local festivals and home days. The costumes are spot on. The guy playing Paul Stanley actually sounds like him. The guy playing Gene Simmons sounds good and has the wicked long tongue.

They're celebrating 17 years this month, and now I know why. If you ever have the opportunity to see them, you won't be disappointed. Nice t-shirts, too.
