Just checked it on a few routes I use regularly and its quite accurate (not taking you on walking streets, for example). Nice find, but is there an app for it?

tom tom has accurate bike and walking routes too...

Bikely.com is a very useful site for bike trip planning. The site has multiple trips already mapped out, including Amsterdam and the surrounding areas.
