That link just takes me to the main page of a site. Searching for 'Dutch' on it didn't turn up anything. I don't know whether it's been taken down or the site is as crap as its name.

I guess in two years, they took it down. It was just a pretty Dutch girl giving a well rounded dose of Dutch Cursing.

Never noticed that bit at the bottom of the 'Whos in Town' page but always wondered what that noise was when I went on the page haha
