I only found out about this when i read this thread.
A shocking waste of life, i am so sorry for the people effected and want to pass on my condolences to all the people of "Norway" and those from that country on the forum (?)
All right thinking people in the world will stand resolutely behind you at this very troubling time .... it doesn't matter where these insane acts comes from .... i'm humbled (genuinely) at the words being spoken from "Norway" on this .... This will not change us we will remain a tolerant society and not give in to extremists of any description.

This is true.

After those 21 years, he can be held in custody for 5 more years. Then after those 5 years, there will be a consideration in court, which will guaranteed give hime 5 more years, and so on with 5 years intervals.

In other words, he will get 21 to life, as they would say in the states.

It's pretty horrible. We were discussing it at work, cause one of our colleagues' housemate is from Norway and another one has a friend of her friend who is still missing over there. Initially I read reports that said 16 victims, but then someone said around 90 people were killed trying to escape.

Megaton, do you mean to say there will be like a parole hearing after the 21 years and then every five from then on and if he is not deemed 'rehabilitated', he will serve life?
