RHCP just played a free surprise show in California this week.
Supposedly it was mainly just friends and neighbors and a few local fans who figured out who was setting up.
This was the first show with the new guitarist and they played as well as the hits almost all of the upcoming new album.

I saw them a while ago when I was on holiday in Rome, can't really remember, but I think they were pretty decent. I'm not a huge fan myself, particularly not drawn to their new stuff, but I guess they also play a few classics on there, don't they? Can you give a link as to the pricing and concert dates? I might be inclined to go see them and be rifiuted :D

I was at this one too mate, it was fucking great in my eyes! Me and my mate drove up from Preston, had a great time getting stoned as shit on the grass outside waiting, then had about 6 ready rolled which i sparked up in there. You should have seen all the twitching noses! lol. I'd see them again, but only in a big place like that as when i saw them in Manchester a few years later, it just didn't have the same vibe to it.
