Hello every body from jersey channel islands.

Ok, me and my two youngest sons 25 and 27 are heading to Amsterdam on the 12 -14 august, it will be our first trip.
We don't get much gear over here that's very good, and while we have smoked rubbish hash for years, is there any advice that you guys can give us in the way of first time uses, what to get started on so's to speak.
Thought we should stick to sativa as most seem to start on this, but which one as we don't want to be in the recovery position for the duration of our visit, or at any time tbh.
My youngest and i have medical issues and need something that would help with pain relief, so any good advice will be sincerely well received with gratitude.
What coffeshops do you think we should visit, i have done a bit of reading on here and else where, my thoughts are Amnesia, Basjoe and Grey Area for starters.
Ha i say starters, prob will finish us.

Most of the budtenders in town are personable, so just explain what you're after and the should see you right. Good luck

Hello, taking your two sons to Amsterdam for a first trip, family values I can support. You are around my age, I find indicas work well for pain, tho they have a tendency to slow some down, the pain relief is enough of a lift to keep you moving.

And outdoor weed sounds like a very good idea and great way to start ty.

As for the indicas good for pain relief, yes I'm aware of that but I'm kinda knackered body wise and can't get around much, if i started with them i might not be able to move at all lol, so I'll start with some out door sativa strain and have me a little indica to follow, or try 50/50, I'll ask the budtender what he/she thinks.
