How reliable is the travel site: WEBEHIGH.COM??

So I don't know if anyone has used this site before but basically it gives you advice on how to get weed, the laws and cultural notifications regarding most of the major cities in the world. So if you were traveling to Prague and you fancy to get some green whilst you were there, this little baby will tell you the best places to go!

Has anyone used this and had success or is it very much down to luck?

I have used this site before,and to be honest it seems to good to be true
like for expample it states that in athlone (a town not far from me)you can stand outside the golden island shoppin centre on a friday and a group of guys selling weed and hash will be there..i went and no such people were there.
althought the info about hippy hill in san fransico is correct,but not much use over here

Web ehigh seems more like infotainment than a reliable guide.
