Good horse tastes like a very lean steak with lots of flavor. Its delicious.

I would be happy to organize and H&B (Horse and Beer) after a T&T, but I don't know any places that serve good horse here. Will be on the lookout!

I'd try me some of that! With chips please!

I don't eat beef or any type of bovine (sp?) so this intrigues me,...... I'll be following this til you find somewhere.

Had an ostrich burger in Birmingham around 2004(?), nothing special, slightly gamey but weaker than pheasant iirc. 8)

I used to eat ostrich burgers all the time. Really love them. Leaner and gamier than beef, so you have to be careful not to overcook it, but I love the flavor.

Pauli- I'm sure you mean a different blue elephant, but my favorite thai restaurant when I lived in Paris was "l'éléphant bleu" (blue elephant).

Well I've tried Crocodile, it wasn't the best, but I think that was the chef's fault. Kangaroo is good, really gamey, but awesome. You can get it at that outback place in the dam. I really want to try Horse meat in the dam. Is the whiskey one good fly by nite? Do they have ostrich in Amsterdam?
