how long until the test?
if you have awhile. drink a ton of water, get lots of excercise, sweat it out. also if you have access to a sauna that would be goood. other than that i'd try and find a proven detoxifier. there are some that are like $80 a shot at my local headshop that they swear by. but they only give you like a 5 hr window of clean urine. they sell fake pee dunno if that works. iv heard alot of remedies but not comfortable on giving info as im not sure if they work and more importantly are safe. if all else fails could u just say it must be from a contact high ...say your roomate smokes.

I got a kit 70 dollars..still dirty... thanks for the advise will buy the juice today and drink tons of water. Omg so stressed out

Drink as much water as you can....if you are heavy....thc is stored in fat cells.

Day of test drink and pee as much as humanly possible...

At time of test....pee some.........then collect pee sample, the theory behind that is...

your kidneys will store thc....and at the start of the stream will be the highest amout in urine.

Try not...NOT to test in the AM.....
since you do not usually pee while sleeping....thc has had chance to build up again in kidneys
so push as much water thru the kidneys to flush.

no offense guys, but drinking water ain't gonna work! thc stays in your system at least 30 days and in your hair follicles several years...you need a product called Klear...I used to work for SmithKlineBeecham (now GlaxoSmithKline) and had to take a drug test so I needed something that would work as SKB is a pharmaceutical company and knows how to test urine! Klear comes in a very small bottle and all you do is put it in the urine and swirl it around for a second and you'll pass...other than that, you're kinda screwed if it's no notice/short notice. Klear is recommended by California NORML as an effective means for passing a urine test

Instant cleanse? Was that in a bottle like Gatorade? I've used several of the Detoxify drinks with much success. They don't remove the THC just mask it. Do you know when & what time you have to go take the test? ReadyClean or XtraClean only take about an hour to kick in and last up to 4 or 5 hours if you continue to drink water. I wait at least 90 minutes and piss 3 or 4 times before I go. Even past a DOT test a few years back when I was smoking more than I am now.

The only thing that is guaranteed to do is make you itch and turn your urine yellow. You are just diluting your urine with water and the Niacin will add back color.

Water, exercise and time are the only way to get it out your system. I'm a big guy and it takes me about 6 weeks to get clean.
