Jamaican Lambsbread

Post by philly-Rich »

Has anyone seen any Lambsbead in amsterdam. This is the best pot I have ever smoked.Have not seen any in 20 years.Tried to find it before but I am easily distracted when in Amsterdam,so many choices so little time.I think there is some lambsbread heritage in the Sharksbreath strain but I looking for the real deal.Any help would be great.Thanks.

Lambsbread/Lambsbreath

Post by Twitch »

Wow that brings me back aways. Have never seen in my 3 trips to Amsterdam and have never seen on Smokers Guide. Thanks for the memory though :)1. Sour Diesel / Ny City Diesel
2. MK-Ultra
3. Amnesia Haze / Arjans Haze
4. Love Potion #1
5. Strawbery Cough
6. Sensi Star
7. Cheese
8. Sharks Breath (or just Lambsbreath)
9. OG Kush
10. Super potent pure Sativa's (any suggestions???) This is the only reference I found for it on Smokers Guide and it also mentions Sharksbreath #8
Old School and Proud of It.

Sorry to interupt your attempts at a flame war, The Whole Truth, but why is wanting to know the history of a certain strain dum or an indication of braindead? It seems to me that people are only trying to learn. Several large books have been written and published, dealing with exactly what people are inquiring about; cannabis strains; namely the 2 volumes of Big Book of Buds and the 3 book series of Cannabible. I feel the more learned in the cannabis community, amongst eachother, the better educated the masses will be, by us tokers. Or am I seeing this all wrong?
Peace.

:D couldn't help myself..

Anyway.. the reason i would like to know is just out of interest.. Dinosaurs died out long before the 80's.. but people still want to know about them. (Personally i don't care about dinosaurs but it's just an example.)

Just to let everyone here know, "The Whole Truth" Used to post has "the Truth" but search and you won't find him? Why? Because he was banned by the administrators. Now you know what kind of person you're dealing with. Just ignore him.

What a numpty T.W.T is......more like T.W.A.T!!

Lambsbread is/was originally from Jamaica, I think. Its a sativa based plant that has fat, leggy-foxtail type buds. Known for it's wonderful hit that keeps you soaring.

I didn't personally know that it had died out, but I'm not from Jamaica so I couldn't say anyway. Im sure up there in the mountains you may well find something similar though.

the genetics are definitely still around.
Some growers up in canada speak very highly of the stuff. Might be very difficult to find in the dam but it is still around.
