So smoking weed or passing a joint would be a crime but an illegal war would be okay,I can feel a dead kennedys song coming on.Am I right or wrong here that any business that is based in the US comes under the scrutiny of the FBI or CIA,and that this can apply to the internet, some one told me that face ache etc are trawelled regularly by the powers that be in the US because it is registered there.

Ah I get it, because I live in Virginia that means I voted for Cantor right? This thing has a snowballs chance in hell of taking effect. You would realize that if you used a little common sense. Common sense would dictate that good ideas come from both sides of the aisle, just as easily as bad ideas do, but I can see that this conversation will digress into blind partisanship, since getting all of your information from a liberal blog site is a complete waste of time; but, that probably doesn't matter though right? This is typical of those types of sites, they are stumping for votes for their incumbent idiot candidates or against the opposing party's candidates. But, keep being one of the sheep if you wish because that is exactly what they want you to be.

well, you started the partisan sniping, and by referring to "liberal blog crap" it is not much of a leap to assume you lean to the right.... and LOTS of bad ideas pass and become LAWS, regardless of how retarded they are, which party they came from, or how much any reasonable, logical individual can see they should never see the light of day.

Point I was trying to make was consider the source, and don't worry until you need to. Sorry if I offended anyone.

thanks j for clariying that. There are a bunch of looneys in positions of power. Us commoners want to revamp the whole system, hence the occupy movement so we shall see what happens.

Thank you for the sympathy, jsmoker...it is all about those in power trying to control the unwashed masses. The powers that be seem to think they have the right to control their slave class. Worst of all is that even though it is impossible to control the market and use of drugs, through drug testing they can reduce our freedom to use mj.I understand that you should be sober at work but I don't think an employer has the right to dictate my free time party favors..it discriminates against the working class.let's face it mj is defacto legal for those who do not have to undergo drug testing..so the rich or business owners do not have to follow drug laws for the most part..police don't break down doors to bust mj use.drug testing does make it difficult for the common man to enjoy cannabis[*]

Democracy? Human Rights?? Laws?? Rights??....I don't want to seem over-simplistic but they are all words and mere concepts. Honestly, I would rather live in a corrupt and somewhat backward society where you can smoke your mj in peace and quiet and not have to live in paranoia all the time! And lets say you get busted then just pay your way out of it. So much for developed countries with tons of rights and all the rest of the BS which individuals in reality DON'T HAVE. Tip: Grow your own, grow it well and move to those so-called underdeveloped, corrupt, etc countries which the 'righteous' rest of the developed world are always trying to 'develop'.
