Cheapest place I scored weed? Mexico a few years back, got almost 5 ounces for $10. It was some decent outdoor, sativa dominant.

a heavy half ounce or so, wrapped in newspaper and tied with string. 200 ruppees. at 120 ruppees to the pound at the time, that was less than two pounds. and absolutly confident that i got ripped off. the guy sorting out laughed when i said 200 ruppees was good.
top 5 smoke ever that was too.

Awesome stuff, must of been about 1/2 Ounce for $10. Was cheap as there was only so many people on the island and they must have a large supply of it there

For top notch quality full melt Afghani gardah, I paid about 50 euro cent per gram, retail tourist price ! for lower quality, about 15ct per gram, still retail tourist price. possible to score 1kg for less than 100 euros. Even cheaper in Afghanistan.
Kashmir has it at 50ct to 1euro per gram or so, still retail tourist price, for good psychedelic twisted gardah or a tad more expensive not-for-the-faint-hearted "attar'. In Kullu valley, cheapest price I paid was about 5 euros for 10 gr or so for some fabulous jungli charas, with a strong apple flavor and very uplifting, psychedelic high, very potent material hand rubbed by an old timer who was the last in the side valley to know which plant to select the resin from to obtain that kind of material. absolutey fantastic and a true bargain (was october, harvest time, so it was cheap).
well, that was about 4 years ago, maybe prices have risen a bit since. eheh, I remember once, while staying for some time in Peshawar, the guy who supplied our place with gardah had to rise the price from 5€ to 10€ per tola (11gr) of premium quality afghani material, due to one big load being locked at the border. Every traveller in the hotel rose in one single voice, like "waaaa ? no way !" Everyone was outraged because the gram of top notch hash was now selling for 1€ (that quality would not sell for less than 15€ in A'Dam), instead of 50ct. That was funny thing to witness (& be part of...). Eventually the load crossed the day after, and things went back to normal...

I have bought cannabis in India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Thailand and Egypt.
Prices in Asia have definately gone up in the last decade and its not as cheap as it used to be.
The cheapest by far these days has been in Egypt, where I saw it was possible to get fairly good weed at £30 per kilo. However the hash there is more on par with Amsterdam prices.
