God! In my utterly stoned state at the time I had no idea that my inarticulate reproduction of that reddit post would've kicked off so much! The fact that it tickled me in the first place reflects my frustration at the impact of the US on world affairs, not at Americans individually. No offense was intended to anyone unless they do indeed fit the stereotype! - In many travels I've only met a few of these. I dont usually express myself in bigoted terms and it mightve helped had i put in an explanatory line or two at the start!

I think a lot of this is taken too personally, I am white causcasian and born in England but I have a lot of friends from all around the globe and I always say one thing, I am not British, because I do not think the same way as "British". I am simply me, no one can offend me by saying that England sucks, because simply it does. America sucks too. No one ever means the everyday people, but the nation as a whole and its projected personality.

That original post did hit on a lot of points on why America sucks, not the people that work and live in america, but the politics, the government, the federal reserve and the other conglomerate evil that exists.

The majority of us don't have the first idea of what our governments really get up to or what their intentions are, but they are people of greed and power, always on the hunt for more.

It worries me that so many are quick to follow the government in the name of the flag, when we have no idea if what the people in charge are doing really serves the flag. By blindly following the governments I think we give away so many of our basic rights.
