Looks tasty as always.

Gonna try some other stuff off the menu. Perhaps the schnitzel.

Can anyone help with the menu? I'm guessing right side is desserts, left side looks like appetizers, middle top appears to be entrees with middle bottom being sides?

I'm looking to take my buddy out for a nice birthday dinner, and don't want to screw it up by ordering something wrong and having no clue as to what I ordered. The picture posted by Cisco looks pretty tasty, but there are several things listed as Biefstuk.

ACD- you have that right about the menu- beefstuik OoSterhaus is the Tenderloin/ filet mignon cut that you see in the pictures. The Bali has some sort of spicymsauce involving sirracha.

Looks like a lovely place but CLOSED on Sundays. Went to de Klos instead.

I dunno what the problem is dude , it certainly never tasted as nice as Iv had (last twice) and twice now had stomach troubles the next day , the only thing in common previous to the upsets was Loetje so thats what I'm putting it down as lol

If anything, they under cook my filet. I like a little pink, not lots. Don't want it butterflied, either.

Getting pork schnitzel next time. Hestia's was impressive.

I tried this place for the first time with FriendlyEdgar, for his birthday dinner :)

The hype about the steak is...... totally deserved!!!! I had the Bali, with spicy sauce. It was one of the best steaks I can remember eating in my lifetime, and believe me, I've had some good ones. The previous best was in East Germany, at an Argentinean steak house (not just "Argentinean-style", the steaks are actually imported from Argentine). That was very good indeed, but couldn't compare to the Loteje's, which was ridiculously tender, you almost don't need a knife. I would love to know how they cook it!

The spicy sauce is also pretty amazing for dipping your fries into :)

I have photos, will post em up later...
