Quick suggestion
a thanks button at the bottom of each post where every user could say thank you to another user for a useful post they have made would be great. I for 1 have seen replys in old threads that have been very useful to me and didnt want to bump an old thread just to thank a post from 6 months ago/1 year ago.
A thanks button would be very useful in this situation
