It should be no surprise that there is a crackdown on the dispensaries. The growers & medical cannabis industry types who pushed so hard against prop 18 and helped defeat it walked right into this situation.

I agree to a point..Yes the major majority is full of shit and does not NEED the herb for medical reasons and honestly I fit that category. But at the same time I feel that mj should be legal period so I don't feel bad for using the system the way it is. I also think alot of the people behind the medical scene is doing it for the cash these guys on weed wars is a prime example of this, yeah they are non profit but pay themeselves huge salaries.
Also I have grown for more than 15 years but came into a situation where I had alot of attention and way more to lose to continue to grow my own.
Honestly I feel that the people who have a issue with this are mainly growers who sell on the black market and are scared of the loss of income if it becomes either legal or medically legal...

Ive been expecting this,lol i am an insomniac myself guys! i am that someone,,,,,, & no i dont think they should be giving out passes left & right to people (like me) who cant sleep at night or a random guy/gal who happens to be depressed on such & such a day,,, The whole concept of medi dispensary`s is so frail people with cancer/hiv or even ms wont get ripped off or worse on the streets,,, , Also it keeps them out of the legal system! & no i dont think not being able to sleep quickly at night is any more of a disease than say "shopping" or being a "drunk" supposedly is,,, If guys/gals (imo) get passes for little things well the whole thing will go down fast! all the haters & detractors need is a small excuse that they can beat you guys with! ie a few hippies/youth`s or stoners swinging the lead should do that nicely! i say dont give them that stick!! ,Ps i would love a medi dispensary here! not for me but so my MS friend can get some pain releif now & then,,,,, As for the people that are found to be swinging the lead! well they should be removed asap or we will all be back on the corner of the block dodging cops,Thanks KD .

so i watched the new ep lastnight..i gotta say not hating...but im glad i dont live in california. the product looks good but if all the dispenseries are like harborside medical..i dunno. just as weird as this sounds kinda made me uncomfortable. just seemed sketchy.
