We have had a couple of mods on who do off topics and nothing has been deleted, off topics should be clean of spam but I want to know is can they delete the posts or not?

i would say obviously not - since NOTHING has been cleaned up or deleted. I sure hope lemmings is okay and that he resurfaces before the forum implodes.

I don't get the point of mods then?

I've been keeping up with Fun, Games and Other. The other Mods either don't visit the forum regularly or are no longer with us. Yes we can delete post in whatever forum we are assigned to.

Ok, so I see a bunch of under 30's panicking like it's 1999. This site will be fine, better when the Master Admin cleans house. Many excellent suggestion with making this site more secure, and I hope there are just as many who are willing to step up to fill active moderator slots. I'm ready, willing, somewhat able.. hey, I'm stoned half the time, so give me a break...

I love my fellow ACD'ers, so please relax before some of you become so stressed out that you leave the fold. Doing so would be seriously (fill in the blank).
Come join the chat, or at the very least check the archives for possible updates to the cup, or anything that might strike your fancy.

I am on many other forums and none have this problem. Lemming needs to only allow registrations after verification.

This just gives me reason to hate this piece of shit software even more. It flagged up multiple essays of mine which I FULLY referenced. C**ts.

EDIT: Some posts on the forum of the spammers that I've replied to are now changed to look like any folk who replied started the post.
