Sadly this may just be a two fingers to the rest of spain from basque region as opposed to a general swing that way through out the countrt, especially as spain recently went centre right in the last elections (if im not mistaken).

Spain in 2012 sounds awesome, stop by and visit Nol as well. Been meaning to for years, ever since he told me about it. He had cool pics on his laptop that he showed me last time I stayed above Indica coffeeshop in one of his apartments.

I'm sorry to say but not really. In Spain we have a model unique in the world of associations of cannabis. In summary, these associations consist of a massive cultivation, designed to cater to all partners. Unfortunately each year suffer searches, arrests and destruction of plantations by the police . Being uncertain times ... but the legalization get this far...
I belong to the AICC, we defend the cultivation for personal use and the legalization of consumption ... basically ...
Recommend visiting Spannabis the fair in February in Barcelona, last year was crazy ! this year win the elections center right PartidoPopular (the stoners be screwed ).
But no matter, Spain being a corrupt country, and to find smokable everywhere ...!!!

Spannabis is a different show, where the main objective is to introduce our plant friend and collaborate with its normalization and legalization. Also have its business side and be a fun fair and could smoke in peace.
Since Spain is working hard to get the worldwide legalization.
In short, for free-minded people, friends of marijuana and people with peace in your heart.
