Looks good! Christmas ham always best IMO. Its a miracle swine can lay in mud, eat anything, and still be so damn delicious after a quick toasting at 450 F. How anyone can think they are evil is luda!!

What joint do you use for that Dan? never cooked a xmas ham before and that looks delish.

Pigs dont lie in their shit btw, they're very clean and always shit as far away from their bed as possible.

Boner i was using a super silver haze joint to make that there

I think it is a shoulder but i'm not sure, its full of meat. pre done the glaze and kept cooking in oven (boiled first) then before the end tin foil off.peach halfs in and out after 20 mins then rest, we boiled it with bay leaves, removing the scum, then take skin off, score the fat diamond shape, stup with cloves, then pour over glaze(honey & brown sugar or treacle and can add cider too!)

I've got to say there's some tasty stuff in here, but i've got to side with "BigRigRob's" offerings hands down.
Which one of the " fabulous furry freak" brothers said something like, "Drink and Drugs will get you through times of no food, better than food will get you though times of no drink or drugs"......
How did yours turn out "CHELSEA_SMOKERS_SOCIETY"?
It sounded wonderful.
