Centraal to Amstel

Post by arkan »

I believe its only 4-5 stops away on the metro, but do i really have to spend 7 euro on one of these amsterdam style oyster cards just for one single trip.
I dont plan to use public transport any other time except for the one trip to Amstel, why cant i just buy a normal single ticket like anywhere else?
And i though the tube was extortionate.

Maybe i have got the wrong end of the stick, but cant find too much recent info about this. So sorry if ive blown it out of all proportion.

A one hour card is 2,60 euro. You should be able to buy them from the machine.

Peace
