Well, I sure as shit hope the reports that it won't affect Amsterdam until 2013 are correct, now that I have booked my trip for May-June!

Apparently it is up to the Amsterdam Council,and some reports suggest that they may have until 2015 to fully implement this.

The internet is full of mis information, the weedpass is to stop smuggling into bordering countries, from the dutch point of view there is no problem with allowing tourists to smoke in dam, in fact its encouraged!
