HAPPY BIRTHDAY ohm sweet ohm!

Well, due to mandatory health care for all residents..and I am officially a resident in my 2nd year, I am having a pleasant experience with a very unpleasant skin Cancer!
After a rare form of squamous cell carcinoma appeared within the last month on my lower leg, I have had to try out the system... It is by far the best.. efficient...caring... I am so impressed..
2 weeks ago I went to my primary care, the next day I had appointment with dermatology and a biopsy was performed and an appointment for 2 weeks was made.. The young doctor was NOT familiar with this type of malignant tumor and felt it may go away by itself.. I knew that waiting was not a good thing, but I have faith in the system..
FF 2-1/2 weeks..Some of you have seen this tumor on FB and it actually has grown almost double since a couple of days ago.. So everyone at the hospital were very surprised and decided aggressive treatment was a must, as they had my previous records and second opinion from my USA doctor so to excise ASAP was the order..but now I know now I should have gone back a week sooner, but was hopeful the young one was right.. They assured me that I will never have one of these get to this point EVER again... They will excise IMMEDIATELY..
Things began to move quickly, with health care people making things happen, and now TOMORROW I will be admitted at 7AM and operated by 2PM.. I think I will be pretty much out of it (Good Drugs IV)as it is to be a very painful recovery and no walking or stretching.. so the graft takes..
I will now be experience a 4x6' rectangular tumor removal, and skin graft of the same size.. With a 3-6 month recovery time..
Requiring general anesthesia..and 3-4 days in Hospital..
Wow! I am so glad I made the gamble to start a business and move to a place that cares about the people that live there..
3 more years to permanent residency.. If I was in USA, this would bankrupt me.. I now have a life..
Thank-You Holland
Thanks to all my friends here.. you know where I will be...
