Just done the GBP conversion on this and near as dammit it gives:-

52.5g @ £240 which amounts to £4/gram ....and... £28/ quarter oz (7g).

Which is good.....in fact it's excellent considering the primo quality of all your purchases. Six days.....9g/day ....£36 /day...between two people or £18 each if equally shared. Plus I guess food and drinks, it hardly breaks the bank.

Watch these reports...I may attempt to follow in your footsteps in two weeks time. (btw..what footwear has the 'Boner'-'resists all cobblestones' reccomendation ?).

Nice conversion there the only problem being is the mrs doesn't smoke, vape, bong hit nothing she's tried it doesn't like it so its all down to me!

I wear Rockport boots as a rule but I also have some proper walking boots made by Clarks.

I would be interested to know just how much people do/can smoke in a couple of days in Dam. I only spent about 70 Euros in my last 3 day trip and a fair bit of that came home with me. Your list would have me comatosed for 2 months. Iv'e never tried a bong, vaporiser, or any of the other things available, just a bit of herb & tobacco in a rizla and puff away. Maybe I'm doing something wrong?

Well.....//fetches out bugle//....14g a day is about right fer me.... an oz in a two day visit seems about o.k. About £100 worth. A couple of grams in each of half a dozen shops, spread over a day, is strolling pace really.
A proper blast with some fellow 'pro's, could easily see off 28g in an evening session tho..... Amounts go mad once you start to eat it and grind large amounts of hash into cups of coffee and hot chocolate (yum). "big john" you stick to yer own pace, if you make yerself sick with it, then thats no fun at all mate. Never known anyone to o/d on it yet, but I would seriously advise not to mix copious amounts of alcohol with anything more than alcohol. Weed/hash and alcohol.....even my granny would tell you, that is a no no.

Put it this way I was back home on the 29th september and I stopped smoking yesterday, I dont smoke as such at home if theres something decent going around I might purchase a q or 2 but as a rule I'm a 100% non smoker, I used to smoke ciggies but I quit 2 years ago due to not being able to breathe in the mornings so now I only smoke pure spliffs probaly about 1/2 a gram per joint then when I'm at home I'll hit the bong all day and night until I've coughed myself silly!

Cheers boner & sir Ian, The best thing you probably ever did was packing in the ciggies, they're the killers. I have a friend here who smokes all day every day, whatever he can get hold of, his chest is screwed, you can hear him coming 100 yards away and he's only 41.

Ian, wow, 1oz in a session. I cry if I go through a full £20 bag in a night, though I never thought of eating it.
Our local dealer comes around every week or so with a bag of green, but I never know what it is, to me its just green, always does the trick though. All these different varieties just go over my head Always just seems the more you put in a joint, the more stoned you get.
I really do need to put more effort into learning whats what.

I know the WW coffeeshops sell by the gram, but what are the price breaks like on large amounts?

I've heard that they do a €62.50 for €50 deal, which sounds excellent to me - don't know if this is still going on though or whether there are subsequent price breaks.

When I was in Haarlem the other week the Sativa was giving pre-rolled joints if you made a biggish purchase (not over €50) but then when I went down to the Sinsemellia I got some extra weed for making again a biggish purchase (about €35), I think they give a % extra when you spend over €25 and then a bigger % when you spend over €50, if you head over to the Hempcity forums cannabinol has said to ask the dealer about 50 grams if needed!!

Yeah, I saw that - that's why I asked really.. I've basically decided that I'll be purchasing the majority of my bud in Haarlem on my upcoming trip and I have a very high tolerance so wanted to save money by buying in bulk.

I suppose I'll have to ask the dealers when I get there what the price breaks are like for large amounts, thanks for letting me know about the deals you got though, some very useful information there.

You can get a good amount for that money. An ounce if you choose strains which an average price of under €6.68/ g.

Cheers for that, definitely something to take into consideration and if he sells up to 50g I'm sure there'll be subsequent price breaks.
