worth the trip?

Post by steveteach »

Was going to fly over to Amsterdam with my wife for our second experience. Two years ago was a great experience. I am flying from the states in a few weeks and am hoping the coffee shops in Amsterdam will be available. Can anyone tell me how the "climate" is in the city of Amsterdam as it relates to US citizens and coffee shops?

Any US citizen 18 or over, with proper ID and plenty of €, will be welcome, for now. Enjoy Amsterdam.

Cool. I'll hope it stays that way. I choose Amsterdam instead of Jamaica because I had so much fun the last time. Too bad Amsterdam is contemplating turning away all the "old Hippies" from the 60s and 70s...like myself. Have they considered the economic impact of this crazy legislation?

The pothead's holy land was still welcoming all nationalities when I was there last fall.
Including Americans and grandparents.
