i see lots of you using it

Tnt is or was the company that runs the mail in the netherlands so basicly the dutch mail!

If a TnT is held in the morning it becomes a WnB....Wake and Bake..

i would say that a Wake&Bake is the first smoke you have immediately after waking up but before breakfast, though making coffee the very first thing is allowed imho
a TnT (or T&T or tnt) in the morning could be a tnt.am and one at 12 noon could be a tnt.noon and then anything after that could be a tnt.pm
