Has me swinging through a wild rollercoaster rides of emotions.

Finding it best to keep myself buttoned down and away from forums so I don`t say something i regret.

It took two months, but I finally got myself off antidepressant meds i've been taking for 8 years, and I feel amazing!

Going to the gym, eating healthy and saying fuck you to docs who prescribe ADs.

Loving life for the first time in almost a decade.

The only meds for me will be healthy living and my marijuana.

Thanks to all my friends for understanding and standing by me through the worst 8 weeks I couldn't possibly describe.

late reply but congrats on moving toward natural mood enhancers... antidepressants can be essential, lifesaving tools for some people but right now they're overprescribed at an alarming (and still climbing, it seems) rate.
