I've read cats hate the smell of lavender. My cat and his buddies sleep underneath the bush on a hot day. I've tried moth balls, orange peel and chilli pepper and still the buggers shit on my lawn.
There's me moaning about other cats shitting on my lawn, I bet one of my neigbours is saying the same about my cat
That's the thing though, cats poop where ever they want outside, us cat owners can't do anything about it but as for some dog owners
I live near a vets and the amount of doog poop I see on the footpath is really pissing me off.
I had a dog many years ago and I always scooped his poop

we used to have a cat when i was a teen. the little sod used to sit at the bottom of my bed and as soon as he see my toes move i'd get woken up in the only way he know how.... by sinking his teeth & Claws into my feet.
such a nice way to wake up

well...i have cats, dogs AND frogs...
tho i am now down to 1 dog...Ripley died in March...he was 16...and 1 cat, Harvey the stoner cat, died last month...he was 15-1/2...
the other 2 cats (Ole and Stewie), the other dog (Nanny) and the 2 frogs (Froggie and Frogger) are doing well...
have to say my daughter and i are a couple of animal lovers ourselves...

Cats are stoners, dogs are drinkers. Sometimes literally, but in all cases metaphorically.
