Has anyone seen it yet and is it good? I heard all kinds of things about it.

It was excellent. If you have enjoyed any "horror" genre movie in the last 2 decades on any level you will thoroughly enjoy this movie. I was pleasantly surprised how good it was. Hope no one has spoiled anything for you if you have not seen it yet.
