Great spot, I have been there twice and was very pleased both times. A 5-10 minutes tram ride away from CS, going north.
It's a tad more expensive than some other random restaurant but really worth it. Italian influenced food. (not a pizzeria)
On top of that, the concept is very cool! They hire young people who have problems in their lives (behaviour, drugs etc) to try and insert them back into society by teaching them the trade and give them some hope for the future.

Anyboby ever been there actually?

Might check it out in August.
I'm a believer there aren't many centrum located nice or even OK places to sit down and eat a meal in Amsterdam.
