Film 4 / Somerset House

Post by Cisco »

I just saw the advert for Somerset House's summer schedule , where they show films outside . Well the British premiere of the adaption of Kerouacs On The Road is on the 22nd August , I can maybe see a wee jaunt to London happening , would anyone fancy it ?

Up for this. Read On The Road 20 years ago when travelling via Greyhound bus from New York to San Francisco. Was more or less the same kind of route as in the book. Gotta double check I don't have any business trips then, but 95% count me in Cisco.

How annoying. I'll see if I can get hold of some another way...

Shit, missed this last week, don't check this section much!

I would be well up for it too if anyone can source tickets.

On a separate note, my cinemagoing activity has severely diminished since a couple of mates moved further out of London so if smirks or anyone fancies taking advantage of Orange Wednesday with me sometime in the future let me know. I know it's half-price wherever but I always feel like I'm getting more for my money in the West End or an IMAX!
