still no word on NV (polls still open for another 2 hours)

but its now safe to say that the majority of voters in Virginia and Tennesee are fucking morons. Both states voted to amend their constitutions to state that 'marriage' is only between 'a man and a woman'......i have a hard time fathoming that this is even an issue in this day and age. sad sad sad state of affairs.

i really really thought that it could happen in nevada this time round. no such luck. They are gonna raise their minimum wage tho, and they weren't even consider a same-sex marriage ban....so respect for that.

Hey, I still take this as a positive sign. In Nevada, 44 percent of those who voted Tuesday approve of marijuana possession, as well as 40 percent in Colorado. It'll be back on the Nevada ballot in 2008, I would bet. Just have to keep hacking away at the tree until it falls.
