London Olympics
Re: London Olympics
Looked, slapped, na your talking shit, poverty Pffff, get on with it, think you was looking for politics not sport
Re: London Olympics
The olympic games has more politics wrapped up in it than a general election. But good to see you have yer priorities right, lets have a bunch of games instead of putting the money to actual good use...and ya say I'm talkin shit, fuk lmao....that's rich comin from you.
Re: London Olympics
If you want to start a "POLITICS @ The Olympics" thread then feel free, as for the school lesson on politics and sport, well I had it aswell, back when east Germany (not Europe as it is now) still existed
and I doubt very much the U.K will benefit in any way political as no cunt likes us anyway
Enjoy
Enjoy
Re: London Olympics
Who benefits from events like this? Are the organizers on our side? Does it bring nations closer together? Or is it just about some rich old fuckers getting richer? Wine and games... some things never change.
Re: London Olympics
I benefited, I smiled when mo won his medals, any1 who knows me knows I don't smile for nowt apart from spoon, a pussy in my face or walking into voyagers on day 1, that was my benefit and if you wasn't in the pub last night I would take your post serious
Re: London Olympics
My post was about 7 hours after my second (and last) beer... Not saying that there's something wrong with having a nice time watching sports - but we could get the same "entertainment" for much less money plus put some of the budget to better use. Everybody got a right to their own opinion. We don't have to agree all the time, do we?

I thought the opening ceremony has really set the tone. " I am what I am ". So lets go
.
We've got 2 lots of tickets for Athletics in the main arena, for Sunday and next Thursday.

What a show this Paralympics is, truly inspirational and I'm so glad we took our 2 eldest G.kids (7). They have an absolutely different reaction to disability than the way my generation did, thank goodness for that.
Only shame is whilst it's a packed stadiums here I understand the rest of the worlds not interested. 340 athletes from the USA loads of golds and I hear NBC are just showing a couple of hours of highlights which is a shame. And some countries zero. Oh well I guess some of the Athletes are not so "photogenic", but fuck, they take their shit seriously
.
Saw the Pestorius race last night, those guys fly.
