this sick focker got to be stop b4 he starts killing eating .... more ppl ...
is wanted in connection with the discovery of a man’s torso stuffed in a locked suitcase in Montreal , whose hand and foot were mailed to Ottawa <canadian Capital to the government!!
he been seen in the 17th area of PARIS if anyone know or seen him living in paris or ... PLEASE call the local police whit your info...
