You might have to re route your itinerary, but if you are in the the Den Haag area on the 10th or 11th of August, there is the Scheveningen Internationale Vuurwerkfestival. http://www.vuurwerkscheveningen.nl/
I have been taking the missus for the last three years as an excuse to have a weekend in the Netherlands and can recomend it, especially if you like fireworks with your joint.

sure we can set one at voyagers on the 29th when I arrive. should be in town around 5.30pm and then I have to go to damstraat to rent a bike here http://www.rentabike.nl/ . so maybe stan if you are staying in town longer we can move to t'nes to drink beers and smoke something or we can decide where to go at that moment

Cheers Coolino, just noticed your plan here. Been to The Hague(strainwise 'town of Bubble Gum' since almost every shop carried it  ) end of May for one week myself and visited a shitload of shops there on a hash hunt  ( few standouts but was satisfied enough in general)
Always liked your travelogues and if memory serves me right you're into hashish, too, aren't you  ?
As I'm writting no trip report as usual(emailed some reviews for the main page already though) I thought it'd be kind to point you into some directions(bad conscience and all that as well as praising myself  ).

Dizzy Duck: by far standout of the trip. You'll find everything you need there. Huge menu of quality weed and hash(just ask). Perhaps hashwise - if true - at least you'll be even lucky enough to score one of those foreign genetics polluting the moroccan gene pool they announced on their menu coming soon - in this case Cheese!Very friendly staff and great atmosphere, pretty comfy but relatively small, too. Pinball, gaming machines and Wi-Fi available, too.
Especially liked one of their moroccan at 9€/g, 'al-something' and their White Cheese( Cheese x White Rhino ). Latter being two of my favourite strains crossed.
One of the best throuhout the Netherlands(beside e.g. Toermalijn/Tilburg, Kruidentuin/Nijmegen, Pink/Eindhoven etc.)

Koffie en Dromen: as good as their reputation, more of a buy&fly place though.

Florence(if you are around): bit far away from the centrum, two sorts of reasonably priced hash at 8€/g. Tastewise Primera, strengthwise Super Pollum as the oriental budtender described it. Had the SP and enjoyed it. Buy&Fly!
Seventh Planet: even more far away and relatively rough area of town but worth a try  if you're around since they offer an unbelievable sticky(and clean as I used my pockt microscope) Hia-Hia(8,5/g)which turned into some kind of oil/goo when kneading enough(little funny story: oriental and non-english-speaking mid-aged budtender at Torremolinos in The Hague figuratively had tears in his eyes when examining it after me buying his best(10€/g, only sold one hash) ), not the strongest though! Nonetheless impressive  Budtender didn't speak any English by the way but was polite enough.!

Shops in the centrum carry a good selection of standard strains and usually some hazes at decent quality by the way. That's it I guess. Can't really say more about The Hague except for being a pretty green(parks etc)city especially since I'm not into 'cultural excuses'. But each to their own!
Have a nice trip with your bike!
