I don't mean the express ones\ AH to go ones but the main ones. In the past I have not noticed chilled beers, only off the shelf beers from the main stores. But like here in the UK do AH chill the beers in there main stores in the summer without the double or tripple price cost like the AH to go charges?.

Some of the regular ah have cold beer. Limited selection, and not near the rest of the beer.

The smaller neighborhood AH have a glassed fridge with chilled beer & soft drinks . The selection is very limited & you have to look around the store to find the glassed fridge. I have never found this in a big AH. At most Big AH there is a Gall & Gall Liquor near by with a glassed fridge with cold beer.

I used to buy chilled beers at the AH at the Koningsplein. That one is close to the Leidseplein. Check left when standing in front of the Kassa.

The AH behind the Dam Square, has a basement liquor store called Gall&Gall, in there they have cold beer.

The AH in question also sells crates of beers, but they're not cold.

Last time I bought some was in summer 2009. Possible that it changed. It used to be next to all the food fridges at the wall. Gonna check it myself next week...

Yep, the cold beer is gone from the Koningsplein AH... AH to go sucks!

There's a small selection of cold beers in the basement AH at Nieuwmarkt a couple of doors away from HSB at the Market. Heineken, Grolsch, Amstel spring to mind and others too.
Gulped a few 'refreshers' down from there during my recent visit in late June. Also they have a bakery and chilled soft drinks, water etc.
