So having been successful once we are trying to book again, only now it won't accept separate bids from myself and my wife?

On our first attempt we were able to bid twice in 24hrs by changing name, email and payment card but retaining address.

Now it says: "We were not able to process this request since our records indicate you have already made a request for this same trip."?

Has anyone else experienced this and is it a change of the rules?

Have you manipulated the zones to get extra bids in as well?

Delete your cookies, that could help. Just a guess!

yes it happens all the time, you have to change the date, zone or star rating, or just wait 24hrs and do it again,, they aded a new zone , so i would only bid on zone 2 & 3, you can use zone 1 and zone 5 just dont go below 4* and you should be fine, remember never bid under the 4 *,
