hotels that offer 1 night stay??

Post by Bob2 »

mate phoned he wants to go to dam tomorrow come back sunday evening. im looking for cheap hotels for 1 night. near or in RLD (he wants to sleep with a prossy) and im fine with that as i get a free trip this weekend. sent a few emails to some hotels, but never really get quick replys (dont mind turning up at a few places on the off chance) but every time i go to tourist info place for rooms i get the worst amsterdam has to offer, so dont want to go down that route.. if i cant find a half decent place the trip wont happen, so im looking for places guys & girls..
Thanks..

Might sound a little obvious, but have you tried trivago?. Think you can book single nights via there website.

I would try Priceline, you should be able to score a room for less than 60 pounds. More info here, http://www.tripadvisor.com/Travel-g1885 ... erdam.html Click on the Name Your Own Price on the right of the following link to bid. http://www.booking.com/?aid=342515 I checked regular booking.com and I didn't see anything close to the RLD for less than 197 euros. Like Hotel De Gerstekorrel or Hotel Falcon Plaza Centre.
Are you stoned? Like a gravel road bitch, like a gravel road!

Be really careful using priceline bidding for 4 star hotels in the city center. You most likely will get the Movenpick. It is a nice hotel but definitely NOT close to the RLD. You are better off trying for 5 stars in the city center as you probably get the Berbizon Place which is ideal for both Vogagers and the RLD.

Hotel Luxer on Warmostraat is nice enough. Has an elevater at least. I'd definitely use a booking site online before going though. ACD has a link for one on the main page which is as good as any.

Also surprisingly I saw some decent deals on expedia recently which is normally very expensive.

Have you tried Amsterdam Cribs? They do apartments although I've never used them I seem to remember they had one on Niewmarket square.
How much did you produce?
