I have a friend who's taking a cruise..departing from San Juan. He doesn't want to chance hopping a plane out of NYC with any gear & wondered where might be a good place in SJ to score some smoke. webehigh.com's site is down..though most of the info on there was old anyway, it did give some good general advice on how & where to score. I know most times it's recommended to go to the parks or bars & spark up a conversation (pun intended) with some locals, but does anyone have any additional info on scoring in SJ? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
