Does anyone know how long it usually takes to hear back from them? I sent them a email 4 day's ago requesting pricing and availablility for certain dates and I haven't heard back yet.

Just got back from staying here, its a good hotel clean big rooms and all the staff are friendly, and some of the best gear in the Dam, every time we were near the place it was very busy, send them a reminder they will get back to you.

I emailed them end of last month and from my first initial email i received a reply withing 10 minutes stating the prices etc and I replied with the dates I was after and received my confirmation email less than 48 hours later. Will be my 2nd visit to Amsterdam and probably my last

I did finally get a response from them on tuesday after I sent another email. Crazy thing was, after I put in my information I got the confirmation less than 24 hours later. They must have been busy when I emailed them the first time.

TV just look out your window, the biggest tv screen in the world, (bring a laptop if you wanna watch something)

Sorry not TV's in the rooms, but perfect views from the windows. But your in the Dam should be no need for a TV.
